Our mental health is very important to our every day living. Sometimes life becomes more than just bittersweet and we have nowhere to turn. While some are afraid to ask for help, there are others that don't have anywhere to go. The world may feel like its collapsing and no one is listening. I am here to tell you that you are not alone and your voice is meant to be heard.
